Hair Loss: “Don’t Blame Grandpa For Your Baldness”

It is true that men are more likely to lose their hair than women, mostly due to male pattern baldness. But hair loss is also common to women. Women too go through this extremity.

Hair is a person’s beauty. I mean, they are personified. Hair gives grace to a person’s face and is equally important to men and women both. Like, we see how all of us get cranky when somebody tries to touch our hairdo. We are all so sentimental and possessive about our locks.

Even the age factor doesn’t affect much. Grace is what we look for and admire; be it black, blonde or gray.

Here are some common and not-so-common reasons why you might be seeing less hair on your head. So, it is not always good to blame Grandpa, for your baldness!

  1. Stop Stressing Out

Physical and mental stress that you take adversely affects your farming. Any kind of trauma you are struggling with or any surgery or accident and even the flu-can cause temporary hair loss. Keep it simple and stress-free. Don’t take the load and exert yourself.

Set your locks free!

  1. Maintain your Diet

Excess of everything is bad. Vitamin A rich foods help in the growth of your hair and make them luscious. But too much of Vitamin A intake can trigger hair loss.

This is a reversible cause of hair loss and once the excess Vitamin A is halted, hair should grow normally.

Also, with the lack of protein in your diet, your body may ration protein by shutting down hair growth. Luckily, there are a lot of protein rich, vegetarian and non-vegetarian sources that you could try.

Work on your diet and keep it balanced.

  1. Over Styling

Yes, we all like experimenting. Coloring, dyeing, cutting, straightening, crimping, rebounding, curling, smoothening, pressing and what not. God! They are so many. These permanent and temporary- ‘frequent’ experiments and trials, damages our hair.

Let’s be calm with our lovely hair. Let’s start caring and working for ourselves for making better of what we have.
