British Prime Minster David Cameron while speaking to the Parliament said the beheading done by the Islamic State terrorist in Iraq and Syria will not force him to pay ransom to secure the release of a British Hostage according to Times of India.
Speaking to parliament Mr. Cameron said "There is no doubt in my mind that the many tens of millions of dollars that ISIS (IS) have raised from ransom payments is going into promoting terrorism including terrorism affecting our own country."
When the question of an apparent rescue of Hostage was raised UK Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond pointed out that "You are aware of course of the rescue attempt that took place some time ago, unfortunately unsuccessfully. You wouldn't expect me to discuss the various options we will be considering, but I can assure you we will look at every possible option to protect this person."
Meanwhile the identity of the man who beheaded James Foley and Steven Sotloff still remain a mystery as intelligence services are going through all the data that is available to them to identify the man behind this gruesome act.
